Learning to speak Tagalog will really improve your life if you choose to live in a Tagalog area. I know that it has made my life a lot better and more enjoyable since I learned Bisaya (the language that is spoken in the area where I love). I started learning to speak Bisaya in 2008 and finished up with the lessons in 2012. I am so glad that I did it. It made for a happier life in the Philippines!
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday… today on Tagalog Buddy we will learn the days of the week in Tagalog! The days of the week are words that you use every single day, so if you want to be able to speak Bisaya, you need to learn these!
In fact, you might be in for a little surprise! Just watch and I am sure you will notice it right away. in fact, you might already know the Bisaya Days of the Week without even realizing it!
Using the days of the week will be something you will use daily. Keeping up with your “to-do list” or places you need to go on your calendar will all involve knowing the days of the week. These words are used so frequently in the language, regardless of what language you are using.
I hope you enjoyed today’s lesson! It is not hard to learn the days of the week, in fact, many of you probably know them already, even if you don’t realize it!
